Access to the network requires an approved account and successful KYC. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all traffic sent with them.

You must follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break it, straight away if needed.

Access is prepaid and charged per GB of traffic sent and received, at the rate in your agreement. Flows stop when your balance runs out. Unused balance is refundable only where your agreement or the law says so.

The network is made of consumer devices that come and go. We work to keep it available, but we don't guarantee that any particular device, address or location is available at any given time.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam.
