Visitors to this website

We record page views and button clicks: the page, the referring page and your browser's user agent. We don't set cookies for this and don't use third-party analytics. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply. The site loads a font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.

Customers

We process identity information for KYC, account and billing records, and a log of every flow: the account, the target, the time and the device. We keep flow logs so we can trace abuse reports and meet our legal obligations. We don't inspect the contents of your traffic.

People who share their connection

When a device joins, we process its public IP address, the approximate location and network derived from that address, a device key generated on the device, the Play Integrity result, the partner app it came through, and how much data it relays. We don't collect names, contacts, location from the device or the contents of traffic. We process this to run the network, pay partners and investigate abuse, based on the consent given in the app.

Partners

We process contact, contract and payment details to run the partnership and pay you.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers to run our service, including Hetzner (servers, in the EU), Cloudflare (DNS) and Vercel (this website). We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. We don't sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to privacy@hypercall.dev. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
